LD301 HART Intelligent Pressure Transmitter
- LD301 is a smart pressure transmitter for differential, absolute, gauge, level and flow measurements.
- It is based on a field-proven capacitive sensor that provides reliable operation and high performance.
The Smar TT301 is a powerful and extremely versatile programmable temperature transmitter, which can be used with practically all relevant temperature sensors as well as with load cells, resistance position indicators, etc. The TT301 transmitter is suitable for direct field installation, being weather and explosion proof as well as intrisically safe.
As the same unit can be used for different measuring ranges and many types of sensors, the plant can be standardized using the TT301 in measurements where different types of conventional (analog) transmitters were previously necessary. This drastically reduces calibration and maintenance time, spare part requirements and trainning. It also allows the TT301 to be purchased before measurement and control parameters are known.
TT301 (HART® protocol) can be configured by:
Also other manufacturers’ configuration tools based on DD (Device Description) or DTM (Device Type Manager), such as AMSTM, FieldCareTM, PACTwareTM, HHT275, HHT375 and PRM Device Viewer. For management and diagnostics, AssetView ensures continuous information monitoring.
*Requires HI311 (HART Serial Interface).
The DT301 4 to 20 mA + Hart Density Transmitter is an instrument developed for the continuous, online measurement of liquid concentration and density, directly in the industrial process.
Technology – Capacitive type differential pressure transmitter coupled to a pair of pressure repeaters immersed in the process.
A temperature sensor located between the two pressure repeaters is used to compensate the temperature variations in the process fluid. A dedicated software, by means of an algorithm, calculates the fluid density. Depending on the industrial process, density may be expressed in Brix degree, Gay-Lussac degree, Baumé degree, Plato degree, concentration, etc.
Designed for process control applications, these 2-wire transmitters generate a 4-20 mA signal proportional to the density. Digital communication for remote calibration and monitoring is also provided.
The FY301 is a smart valve positioner for Single (spring return) or Double acting Linear motion type control valves e.g. Globe, Gate, Diaphragm, Pinch or Clamp and Rotary motion type control valves e.g. Ball, Butterfly or Plug with pneumatic type actuators e.g. Diaphragm, Piston, Vane, or Bellows.
It is based on a field-proven piezo flapper and non-contacting Hall-effect position sensor that provides reliable operation and high performance.
The digital technology used in the FY301 enabled the choice of several types of flow characterizations, an easy interface between the field and the control room, not to mention several interesting features that considerably reduce the installation, operation and maintenance costs.
The SR301 is a Remote Seal that allows the pressure transmitter to make measures in situations where the immediate contact of the transmitter diaphragm with the process fluid it is not allowed.
The remote seal is made up by one connection with the diaphragm and one capillary connection with filling fluid. The filling fluid transfers the pressure measured in the process fluid to the transmitter sensor. The capillary connection links the seal diaphragm to the transmitter.
The remote seals available in the SR301 series are: Flanged “T” Type (SR301T), Threaded (SR301R), Pancake (SR301P) both models having an optional flush connection, Sanitary (SR301S), Flanged with Extension (SR301E) and Pancake with Extension (SR301Q).
The CD600 is a powerful stand alone single station controller capable of simultaneously controlling up to 4 loops with up to 8 PIDs and more than 120 advanced control blocks.
The CD600 is a microcomputer software for Windows systems which provides users with a user-friendly graphic interface. It can be configured through CD600 Hand-Held Terminal or the CONF600.
The CD600Plus is a powerful stand-alone single station process controller. It is capable of simultaneously controlling up to 4 loops with up to 8 PIDs and sophisticated strategies consisting of more than 120 function blocks.
The LC700 is a powerful Universal Hybrid Controller that can be used as a stand-alone or a full participant of Smar System302. Smar's experience in design was applied in a consistent way to the development of LC700 to make it more reliable and dependable even in the most demanding industrial environments and applications.
As a Universal Hybrid Controller, the LC700 was designed from the beginning with traditional discrete manufacturing automation tasks, continuous regulatory process control, and batch control in mind. As a hybrid controller, the LC700 has a logical capacity and has the traditional CLP speed, besides the control characteristics and the SDCD potency. The LC700 hardware platform, with a vast range of I/O modules and communication with the field for the main industrial networks, combined with a great group of programmable function blocks and logical elements, they turn it highly versatile.
Traditional Asset Management Systems required all device condition information and calibration activity to be checked and entered manually. The Fieldbus technology utilized in SYSTEM302 has made it possible for AssetView to access new and valuable functions, such as diagnostic and operation statistics, equipment identification, and calibration history stored in the equipment itself.
A modern control system needs more than just a configuring and monitoring tool. To monitor the condition of the control system, a modern plant needs an asset management system that has configuring and monitoring functions, in addition to features for field device calibration, diagnostic, identification and setup.
The use of maintenance software has become increasingly important, because engineers and technicians are more familiar with computers than with multimeters
The LD400G inline WirelessHART™ pressure transmitter measures gauge pressure of liquids, gases and steam and level in open or closed pressurized tanks. Many options of process connections are available, to be installed directly on the piping or in the tank, without the need for push lines or bracket on most installations.
Lithium (Li-SOCl2) primary batteries of 3.6 V, totalizing 7.2 V
The WSP300 offers spur protection against short circuits (between + and – terminals), limiting the short circuit current in each spur. During a short circuit situation there is no effect in the other spur or the main trunk. There is a LED to indicate short circuits and WSP300 has an integrated bus terminator in the models F and P.
In normal operation, each short circuit protector consumes less than 3 mA. After removing the short circuit, the spur goes back to normal operation, the protection circuit is disabled and the LED is dimmed.
The Pneumatic Cylindrical Actuator – ACP300 Series Combines the power of pneumatic cylinders and FY300 Series capabilities – smart microprocessed positioner that allows applications in modulating control.
More than taking the microprocessor to the actuator, the ACP300 Series is presented in linear and rotary versions, giving the user a wide choice of applications in the many final control elements such as dampers for furnace draft control, water gates, heavy valves and other applications requiring movement control.
The ACP300 receives a control signal from the controller and moves the cylinder to the exact position of control according to the control strategy and loop tuning.
With the intelligence integration to the actuator, the ACP300 allows the user to configure the opening
characteristic of the cylinder with the control of movement. In case the standard curves do not comply with the control requirements, it is possible to configure the ACP300 Series on a user-adjustable 16-point curve.
Rotary Electric Actuators are electromechanical equipment that substitute with high reliability manual valve operation on:
SMAR electric actuators are available in 4 torque ranges for operations of valves type drawer, guillotine, globe, butterfly, sphere and male, among others, whose torques are in the 20 to 80 Nm range (for AR and AL models) and 150 to 1850 Nm (for AD model), and rotations between 6 and 48 rpm. Superior torques can make use of additional adapted stages of gear coupled to the actuator output axle. All models are equipped with protection system against excessive load or when foreign objects intervene on its course. These systems automatically turn off the motor hence protecting the actuator/valve system.
