Logic Inputs Module

The SM5 module has 8 logic inputs and RS-485 and RS-232 interfaces with MODBUS RTU and ASCII transmission protocols. It is destined to readout logic states of logic inputs and enables their access in industrial systems. Ports in RS-485 and RS-232 are galvanically isolated from input signals and the supply. The module programming is possible by means of the RS-485 or the RS-232 port. Configurable baud rate: 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 34800, 57600, 115200 bit/s. The SM5 module set includes a connecting cable to
connect with the PC computer (RS-232).

Logic Or Counter Inputs Module

Module of logic inputs
The SM3 module of two logic inputs is destined to collect logic states of logic inputs and make them accessible to computer-based industrial systems working on the base of the RS-485 interface. The module has 2 logic inputs and RS-485 interface with MODBUS RTU and ASCII transmission protocols. RS-485 and RS-232 ports are galvanically isolated from input signals and supply. The module programming is possible by means of the RS-485 or RS-232 port. In the SM3 module set there is a connecting cable to connect with the PC computer (RS-232).

Module as an impulse converter
The SM3 module working as an impulse converter is destined to add measuring devices equipped with impulse inputs, e.g. watt-hour meters, heat-meters, gas-meters, flow transducers a.s.l., to computer systems. Then, the SM3 converter enables the remote readout of the counter state in automatized accounting systems. The converter has 2 impulse inputs and RS-485 interface with MODBUS RTU and ASCII transmission protocols, what enables its application in computer systems with LUMEL-3000, Wizcon, Fix, In Touch, Genesis 32 (Iconics) and other visualization programs.

Logic Outputs Module

The SM4 module of logic outputs is destined to control simple actuators through assignment of logic states received from the master device through the RS-485 interface. The module can have 8 logic outputs or 4 relay outputs (depending on the execution) and RS-485 and RS-232 interfaces with MODBUS RTU and ASCII transmission protocols. RS-232 and RS-485 ports are galvanically isolated from output signals and the supply. The module programming is possible by means of the RS-485 or RS-232 port. A connecting wire to connect with the PC computer (RS-232) is included to the SM4 module set.

Moving Coil Meter

Moving-coil meters are intended for measuring d.c. voltage or d.c. current. These meters with built rectifiers can also be used for measuring a.c. voltages and a.c. currents. MA17P, MA19P, MA12P meters with built-in rectifiers are used for measurement of the rectified current or voltage arithmetical mean value and they are such calibrated that they indicate the RMS value at sinusoidal curve shape. The measurement of non- sinusoidal a.c. magnitudes results in additional errors. Meters are designed for mounting into panels. MB16 meters are adapted for a fast assembly rail mounting (35 mm rail) in compliance with EN 60715 standard MA16, MA17 and MA19 meters are designed for interchangeable dials.

Moving-Iron Meter

Moving-iron meters are intended for measuring AC voltage or AC current. These meters measure the true RMS value and their indications are highly independent of the measured value curve shape. Meters are designed for mounting into panels. EB16 meters are adapted for a fast assembly rail mounting (35 mm rail) in compliance with EN 60715 standards. EA16, EA17 and EA19 meters are designed to interchangeable dials.

1-Phase Power Controllers RPL1

  • Electric furnaces and drying structures, especially industrial furnaces and tunnel cap, furnaces for annealing and brazing, and founder crucible furnaces, drying ovens, furnaces with quenching in salt baths;
  • Mechanical engineering equipment, aggregates and extruders for plastics processing, winding machines and tempering springs, spot welding and linear;
  • Production of glass and glazing, plant and equipment for drying in the infrared and ultraviolet, vats for melting glass and heating trays for forming glass furnaces;
  • Chemical and petroleum industry; radiators lining piping, wiring warming

AC DIGITAL METER VMC20

VMC20 measures AC voltage and current. The meter is designed to work in 3-phase networks (3- or 4-wire) or 1-phase networks. VMC20 can replace many AC analogue meters.

AC Transducer VTR10

VTR10 transforms the RMS value of AC current and voltage into standard DC signal. Input, output and supply of the transducer are galvanic insolated. The construction of the transducer ensures accurate and fast signal transformation.

Bimetalic Ammeter With Maximal Current Indicator

Bimetallic and combined ammeters are especially intended for thermal monitoring of transformers, cables and other electrical devices which have a slow reaction to current changes. They indicate the mean rms current value during the measuring period of the meter (8 or 15 min.). These meters do not react to short current pulses essentially. The range of these meters can be enlarged by means of external measuring current transformers which are also offered

by LUMEL and can be delivered on request if the meter is ordered in the option enabling a direct assembling on the current transformer.

They enable:
– Thermal monitoring of electrical installation with a slow
reaction of current changes (transformer, cables, etc. …).
– Instantaneous reading of rms current values.
– Simple exchange od dials without internal interference.
– Direct plug in on measuring transformers.

Current Transformer

CURRENT TRANSFORMER is used for measurement of electric alternating currents. When current in a circuit (primary current) is too high to directly apply to measuring instruments, a current transformer produces a reduced current (secondary current) accurately proportional to the current in the circuit, which can
be conveniently connected to measuring and recording instruments. A current transformer also isolates the measuring instruments from what may be very high voltage in the monitored circuit.
