Dual Loop Controller/Programmer

The RE19 dual loop controller/programmer is destined to control temperature or other physical quantities, e.g. pressure, humidity, level, converted into an electric signal. It can independently control two objects or two physical quantities in one object, e.g. in two-zone furnaces.

This controller is available in three versions:

  • RE19 S for standard (fixed set point) control,
  • RE19 P for standard control or programmed control
    – 15 programs with 15 segments in each program,
  • RE19 V for standard control by motorised valve control
    – at choice, 2 algorithms of stepper control, with or without feedback.

The controller can be equipped with the RS-485 interface with MODBUS protocol.

N30U Digital Panel Meter

The N30U meter is a programmable digital panel meter destined for measurements of signals originating from standard sensors destined for temperature measurements and for the measurement of analog standard signals applied in automation. Additionally, the meter enables the indication of the current time. The readout field is a LED display, which allows the exposition of results in colors: red, green and orange. The measured input signal can be arbitrary converted by means of a 21-point individual characteristic.

NA3 Digital Meter With Bargraph

NA3 series meters with a multi-colored bargraph have an universal input destined to measure temperature, resistance, voltage from shunts, standard signals, d.c. voltage and d.c. current. NA3 meters can optionally have a continuous analogue output, relays, OC type (Open Collector) and digital RS-485 outputs. They can find application in various industrial fields, e.g. food industry, intermediate pumping stations, sewage treatment plants, chemical industry, weather stations, breweries.
NA3 meters are executed in three basic versions:
 NA3-F with a 4-digit LED readout field (digit height: 7 mm) and a multicolour bargraph,
 NA3-D with a 4-digit LED readout field (digit height: 14 mm),
 NA3-B with a multicolour bargraph.
The type choice is made in the execution code.
They are programmed by means of the keyboard and through RS-485. Meters only with the bargraph can be programmed through RS-485.
NA3 meters realise following functions:
– measurement of the input quantity and displaying it on the display and/or the bargraph,
– evaluation of the input signal into indication on the base of the individual linear characteristic,
– programming of the colour and bargraph resolutions (no concerns NA3-D),
– signalling of alarm value setting exceeding,

NA6 Digital Meter With Bargraph

NA6 series meters with multicoloured bargraphs have an universal input destined to measure temperature, resistance, voltage from shunts, standard signals, d.c. voltage and d.c. current. They can find application in various industrial fields, e.g. food industry, intermediate pumping stations, sewage treatment plants, chemical industry, weather stations, breweries. They are destined for the visualization of the measured value and evaluation of change trends of checked technological processes. They can also find application in automation systems where programmed controllers are applied.

NA6 meters can have in option: a continuous analogue output, a relay output, open collector (OC) type outputs and an RS-485 digital output. They are programmed by means of the keyboard and through RS-485.
NA6 meters realise following functions:
– measurement of the input quantity and displaying it on the display and the bargraphs,
– recounting of the input signal into indication on the base of the individual linear characteristic,

RE01 Temperature controller

Controller RE01 is designed to control temperature. It cooperates directly with resistance-type sensors Pt100, Pt1000 and NTC.
The controller has one output for on-off control and one output for alarm signalling. The on-off control employs the PID or on-off algorithm. For the on-off control, the minimum on and off times for the output may be set.The control output has a changeover contact and allows for the direct control of low-power objects.
An innovative SMART PID algorithm is implemented in the controller.In addition, the controller has a binary input to control the controller’s functionsand an internal sound signalling device.

RE22 Digital Controller

The RE22 controller co-operates directly with resistance thermometers (RTD) and thermocouples (TC) or quantity converters into a standard signal. It is destined for temperature control in plastics, food, glass, ceramics, dehydration industries and everywhere when it is necessary to stabilize temperature changes.
The measuring input is universal for resistance thermometers and thermocouple sensors or for linear standard signals. The relay output, with a make-brake configuration ( with NOC or NCC contacts) allows to the direct control of low power objects. The manual control and soft-start are also possible. One can protect the controller against the undesirable change of parameters by means of a password. The auto-tuning function permits to select the PID setting in order to a quick output signal adaptation to object parameters.

RE55 Controller

The R55 controller is a microprocessor controller with an analog setting and digital measurement of the measured value. The controller controls the temperature in objects through switching on and off the electrical control device, in accordance with the definite set point by the controller. The controller co-operates directly with RTD and TC temperature sensors. The controller is destined to control temperature in plastics industry,
food and dehydration industries, and everywhere when it is necessary to stabilize temperature changes.

RE60 Temperature Controller

The RE60 controller controls the temperature in objects through turning on and off the electrical controlling device according to the defined setting by the controller. It cooperates directly with RTD and TC. It is destined for the temperature control in telecommunication cabinets in food and drying industries and everywhere, where there is the necessity to stabilize the temperature changes. The controller has one output destined for the control and two alarm outputs.

RE62 Universal Controller

The RE62 controller is destined to control the temperature and other physical quantities (pressure, humidity, level, etc.) in plastics, food, dehydration industries and other where there is a need to stabilize the changes of the measured value. The measuring input is universal for the thermoresistors, thermocouples or standard  linear signals. The controller allows dual-point control based on the PID or ON/OFF algorithm and alert signalization. The controller can be equipped with the relay outputs, continuous output and 24 V DC power output depending on the version. The innovative SMART PID algorithm has been implemented in the controller. All values and the configuration parameters of the controller are available via an optional RS485 communication interface. The output signals are galvanically isolated from the input signals and power supply.

RE70 Temperature Controller

The RE70 controller is destined for the temperature control. Controller works directly with the resistance sensors or thermoelectric sensors.
The controller is equipped with one output that allows for dual-point control and alert signalization. Dual-point control is based on the PID or ON/OFF algorithm. Relay output is equipped with a switchable contact and allows for indirect control of the low-power objects.The innovative SMART PID algorithm has been implemented in the controller.

RE71 Temperature Controller

The RE71 controller is destined for the temperature control in plastics, food, dehydration industries and everywhere when the temperature stabilizing is necessary.
Main features of the RE71 controller:

RE92 Dual Loop Controller

RE92 is an advanced dual loop controller for industrial use. It was designed for demanding industrial applications. RE92 can control two controlled objects independently or control two physical values in one object (e.g. in the two zone furnaces). Thanks to the universal measuring inputs, it can be used for controlling of temperature and other physical values (e.g. pressure, humidity).
