BALDOTA – TUBELOK Air Distribution Headers are designed to distribute compressed air or inert gas efficiently across multiple outlets from a single source. Constructed from thick-walled, seamless stainless steel tubes, these headers offer high strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in demanding industrial environments. Each header features a single inlet on one end, a drain port on the opposite end, and up to 20 side-mounted outlet ports. The inlet can be fitted with either a ball valve or needle valve for isolating the process medium—this must be specified during ordering. Outlet ports are available in various connection types including threaded (NPT/BSP), welded, or compression fittings, and can be supplied with factory-installed ball or needle valves as required. The drain port can also be configured with threaded, welded, or compression fittings and is offered with a plug or valve depending on system requirements. All units are pressure-tested to ensure leak-tight performance.

BALDOTA Air Headers are ideal for use in pneumatic control systems, instrumentation setups, and utility air distribution in industries such as oil & gas, chemical processing, power plants, and offshore platforms. Custom configurations, material grades, and surface finishes are available on request to meet NACE compliance or specific service conditions.
