VCI10-BP Bluetooth – Profibus-PA

The VCI10-BP is a Profibus-PA communication interface for use with Bluetooth® devices. It allows connection to Profibus-PA networks making commissioning, operation, maintenance and calibration processes easier, as well as diagnostics and data acquisition of any Profibus-PA device.
It can operate connected into the Profibus-PA bus or in stand-alone mode. When in stand-alone mode it can power the device directly and there is no need for coupler DP/PA to stablish the communication. This feature is very useful in bench work or in initial configuration when the Profibus-PA network is not yet established. A rechargeable long-life battery powers the VCI10-BP.
 In Android® devices the VCI10-BP works with the VMT-Profibus application, Vivace Mobile Tool and in Windows® devices works with tools based on FDT / DTM and EDDL.

VCI10-UH USB – HART

VCI10-UH is a HART® communication interface for PCs with USB type-A standard connection. It allows HART® network connection, making comission, operation, maintenance and calibration processes, diagnosis and data acquisition easier for any HART® device.
 The interface can operate on network or stand-alone modes, supplying device with current or voltage. This characteristic is very useful in bench work or initial configuration, when the HART® network is not yet established.
 It works with low power, isolated and compatible with HART® 7 protocol. Its power is supplied by PC USB port, with no need for any kind of external power source.

 

VCI10-UP USB – Profibus-PA

The VCI10-UP is a Profibus-PA communication interface for devices with USB type-A standard connection. It Allows connection to Profibus-PA networks making commissioning, operation, maintenance and calibration processes easier, as well as diagnostics and data acquisition of any Profibus-PA device.
It can operate connected into the Profibus-PA bus or in stand-alone mode. When in stand-alone mode it can power the device directly and there is no need for coupler DP/PA to stablish the communication. This feature is very useful in bench work or in initial configuration when the Profibus-PA network is not yet established.
It operates at low power, with insulation and it is compatible with Profibus-PA protocol. The VCI10-UP is power by USB PC port, requiring no external power. In stand-alone mode eliminates the need for couplers DP/PA.

 

VHC10-F HART to 4-20mA Field Converter

VHC10-F was projected to create an additional 4-20 mA output current channel, offering another analog monitoring to devices that do not own this feature (valve positioners, for instance) or that need an additional variable monitoring on its process. 

The converter is powered by a 12 to 45 Vdc voltage, generating a 4-20 mA current channel (according to NAMUR NE43 standard). Its main function is monitoring any variable from another HART® device (independent of its version), configured by user and extern that variable through the current channel.

VHC10-P HART to 4-20mA Panel Converter

VIO10 is a remote I/O with Profibus-PA communication, designed for field or panel (with DIN rail) installation.
 
It has great versatility with temperature inputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs, digital inputs and outputs on a single hardware.

VPO10-Profibus-PA to Output Convereter

VPO10 is a three-channel output converter, where the user can choose the actuation in current (4-20 mA) or discrete output with open collector (maximum current 400mA, 24 Vdc), which guarantees great application versatility.
 It can be configured using EDDL and DTM-based tools available in the market or locally using a magnetic tool.
VPO10 is a converter that provides the easy connection of end elements such as control valve positioners and other final control elements to the Profibus systems. VPO10 generates, in proportion to the Profibus-PA setpoint signals, 4-20 mA outputs, via analog output funciotn blocks (AO), or allows actuations via open collector to the loads.                                                                                                                                                             The converter is powered from 9 to 32 Vdc via bus and uses the Profibus PA communication protocol for configuration, calibration, monitoring and diagnostics.
 It provides cost reduction of installation and design through the availability of three independent channels of current / open collector per converter.

 

 

VRI10 Remote Indicator

VRI10 is a remote indicator for Profibus-PA (up to 10 indications) or 4-20 mA (up to 2 channels) networks.

VRI10-I is a 4-20 mA remote indicator with up to two channels, powered by the current loop with very low power consumption and connected in series with the 4-20 mA equipment. It establishes the characterization of the current for each channel independently, indicating variable on LCD according to unit chosen by user, which facilitates visualization of process variable.
 
 

 

VRP10-O Profibus-PA Fiber Optic Repeater

VRP10-O was designed to be used in Profibus-PA networks, allowing that Profibus-PA (H1, 31.25 kbits/s) electrical interfaces are converted into optical interfaces and vice versa. This allows half-duplex communication at distances up to 4 km with EMI immunity benefits. It has feature of a Profibus-PA repeater and supports 31.25 kbits/s.

Since the optical fiber is immune to EMI / RFI and ground loops, the VRP10-O ensures high signal integrity and availability to the Profibus-PA network. Taking the advantage of the optical transmission technology, the VRP10-O can be easily integrated into existing Profibus networks, increasing tolerance to network failures.
