Dual Loop Controller/Programmer

The RE19 dual loop controller/programmer is destined to control temperature or other physical quantities, e.g. pressure, humidity, level, converted into an electric signal. It can independently control two objects or two physical quantities in one object, e.g. in two-zone furnaces.

This controller is available in three versions:

  • RE19 S for standard (fixed set point) control,
  • RE19 P for standard control or programmed control
    – 15 programs with 15 segments in each program,
  • RE19 V for standard control by motorised valve control
    – at choice, 2 algorithms of stepper control, with or without feedback.

The controller can be equipped with the RS-485 interface with MODBUS protocol.

ENET-710: Ethernet Module

The ENET-710 is a data communications module that bridges Ethernet and Serial communication networks.

With the increasing importance of networking for industrial control/automation, the ENET-710 module provides Ethernet-networked computers the ability to perform remote monitoring and control of serial Modbus compatible industrial devices in the field as well as access to LC700 PLC CPU modules and the CD600 Multi-Loop Controller.

Up to seven clients can access the ENET-710 via Ethernet and communicate over one full-duplex RS-232C and four half-duplex RS-485 compatible serial ports to serial field devices.

The module can be installed in the LC700 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to receive power, or it can be operated in a stand-alone fashion with an external +24VDC power source. There is also a redundant power supply mode when using both power sources.

Fully compliant with Modbus/TCP, the ENET-710 implements bridging to the LC700 PLC CPU module serial ports and other Modbus/RTU compatible devices enabling bi-directional communication between clients on Ethernet and devices on a serial Modbus network.

The module also functions to offer data communications between Ethernet and the CD600 Multi-Loop Controller with the CD600 configuration software.

FBTools Tool for Firmware Upgrade

FBTools is an application which allows the user to upgrade the firmware of any Smar field device – FOUNDATION Fieldbus TM and PROFIBUS PA, PCI302 cards, DFI302 controllers and communication gateways such as FB700, MB700 and HI302.

This tool also allows configuring TCP/IP properties of those modules’ network interfaces.

FBView Fieldbus Network Analyzer

FBView is a powerful tool for those who want to work with fieldbus devices. FBView provides the user with the messages that pass through the fieldbus buses.

FBView can capture, analyze and decode the messages, showing all information. The information reports the message type, the address of the device that sent the message, and the address of the receiver. It is also possible to decode the messages from each level of the Fieldbusprotocol. FBView is easy to use and runs on Windows 2000 and XP.

There are two models available:

FDI302-1: Fieldbus Communication Interface for Firmware Update – 302 and 303 series

FDI302-2: Fieldbus Communication Interface for Firmware Update – DC30

FR302 Fieldbus Relay

  • FR302 is a fieldbus device that has two built-in relays making integration of Fieldbus to conventional devices such as solenoids, on/ off valves, electrical actuators, motors, pumps, and starters and similars.
  • The FR302 Fieldbus Relay can be located at the field, mounted close to the conventional output devices without the need to run the conventional wiring to the control room.
  • The FR302 is an integral part of SYSTEM302 but also integrates into other systems supporting
    FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus.

FRI302 Fieldbus Relay and Dry Contact Input

FRI302 is a Foundation™ fieldbus device with two built-in relays and two dry contact inputs. It makes the integration of fieldbus and conventional devices such as solenoids, on/off valves, electrical actuators, motors, pumps and soft starters, easier. FRI302 fieldbus can be field installed close to the conventional input/output devices without the need to run long conventional wiring to the control room. The FRI302 is an integral part of SYSTEM302 and can also be integrated with any control systems supporting FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus technology.

An extensive function block library enables FRI302 to perform logic and regulatory control functions at the field level, compounding larger control strategies with other H1 fieldbus devices and the host control system. Instantiable function blocks provide great flexibility to the control strategies. Link master capability allows FRI302 to work as backup LAS for greater availability to the H1 network communications.

FRI303 Profibus-PA Remote I/O

The FRI303 PROFIBUS-PA Remote I/O makes the integration of Profibus and conventional I/O easy. FRI303 is a PROFIBUS-PA device that has two built-in relays and two dry contact inputs making integration of PROFIBUS-PA and conventional devices such as on/off sensors, solenoids, on/off valves, electrical actuators, motors, pumps, starters, etc.

The FRI303 can be located at the field, mounted close to the conventional devices without the need to run the conventional wiring to the control room. The FRI303 is an integral part of SYSTEM302 but also integrates into other systems supporting Profibus.

FY302: Foundation Fieldbus Valve Positioner

The FY302 is from the first generation of Fieldbus devices. It is a control valve positioner for pneumatic valve in a Fieldbus system. The FY302 produces a pressure output as required to position a control valve according to an input received over the Fieldbus network or internal controller.
The Fieldbus technology used in the FY302 enables, an easy interface between the field and the control room and several interesting features that considerably reduce the installation, operation and maintenance costs.

FY303: Profibus Valve Positioner

The FY303 is a control valve positioner for PROFIBUS systems. The FY303 provides a pressure output to position the control valve according to the input received from a PROFIBUS network. The digital technology used in the FY303 enables an easy interface between the field and the control room including special features that considerably reduce installation, operation and maintenance costs.

It can be configured through commercially available programs, compatible with Profibus-PA, or locally using a magnetic key in basic operations.

FY400: HART® & 4 to 20 mA Intelligent Valve Positioner

The FY400 digital positioner uses the most advanced microprocessor to perform an accurate and quick valve positioning. It is a controller which receives its setpoint from the process main controller and actuates the valve to move exactly to the ideal position for better process performance.

The FY400 Hart ® senses the actual stem valve position and it takes the corrective action according to a fully user configurable strategy. The “non-contact” position sensor (Hall effect based) prevents the inadequacy of links and levers.
